Why is my existing username and password for the Members Only website not working when I try to log in?

We've made some exciting enhancements to the way you access information about your insurance policies. Members Only is now part of our new customer site, My Insurance. All Members Only users will need their existing Members Only username and password to register for My Insurance as an existing user. From there, you will be asked to create a new username (your email) and password to access great new features on our secure customer site. Please note, only plan members can register for a My Insurance account, and a spouse/dependent will not be able to create their own account.
