Why do you have to confirm student status for an overage dependent student in your household?
You must complete an Overage Dependant Form each year for any dependant child over the age your plan specifies for a dependant. This ensures that an eligible student will continue to have uninterrupted benefits during their school year.
You will receive a letter and a copy of the form to be completed by August 31 each year.
